N.D.N. Supports
N.D.N. Supports, previously Native Supports, connects Native American community members across the Columbia River Gorge, providing guidance, support, and connections to resources. The program helps youth access mentoring and essential services, while assisting older adults and people with disabilities in navigating services and maintaining a safe, independent, and supported life. Team members work in Hood River, Wasco, Skamania, and Klickitat counties to strengthen community ties and promote overall well-being.
