In-kind Donations

In-kind donations are goods or services donated to a nonprofit organization. Examples of goods accepted by The Next Door include diapers, baby wipes, unopened formula, clothing, books, etc. Services may include professional services such as legal, graphic design, or web development services provided for free. All in-kind donations are non-monetary.

In-kind Donation Form

Please complete the form in its entirety. Please value your items according to the Fair Market Value, the price a willing buyer would pay for them. Value will depend on the condition of the item. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations state that a taxpayer can deduct the fair market value of clothing, household goods, used furniture, shoes, books, etc. The Next Door is a private, 501(C) (3) non-profit corporation. By law, a charity cannot tell you what your donated items are worth.
