The Next Door, Inc. was aided by over 200 volunteers last year. We offer a wide variety of opportunities to serve children, families, and communities, and we welcome your involvement.

We need volunteers to help sell water at the weekend Gorge Games events. Sign up to help using our Feedback Form.

Become a Notable by offering to host a table at our annual New Parent Services event this June 20th.

Mentor a young person through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Mentor a youth who is leaving the foster care system through Independent Living Services.

Present your knowledge and wisdom at our Independent Living classes in The Dalles.

Sponsor a teenager in Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous.

Become a leadership volunteer by joining our Board of Directors.

Help organize our ever-changing "Children's Closets" in The Dalles and Hood River as new donations arrive.

Offer your professional services, whether web design, graphic design, fundraising, accounting, nutrition or ______?

Work with the Chamber of Commerce Leaders of the Future as they redecorate our Hood River offices.
