An award winning public speaker, facilitator and story teller, Brad loves to teach, train and develop leaders for the present and future. His unique talent for breaking complex principles down to their most basic fundamental elements and rebuilding them as useful practices has made him a sought after presenter. His quick wit and peculiar sense of humor helps him turn day to day happenings into wonderful life lessons.

Brad is a happily married father of three; two daughters and a son, and a devoted husband and father. Having recently survived his 25th Wedding Anniversary and the emptying of his nest, he looks forward watching as the cycle reoccurs in his children’s lives.

As a life-long student of Leadership, Brad has served in many positions of leadership in business and the community. He currently serves as Area Governor for Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organization that develops communication and leadership skills in its members.

Brad serves as Managing Partner of ABC’s Legacy, LLC, a consulting, training and development company created to fill the needs of small business without a huge budget to develop their employees and leaders. He is in the process of writing his first book on leadership skills and practices.
