I work at The Next Door because of the wonderful opportunities to use my Human Resource skills to help make it a better workplace for our employees. Although most of my professional career has been spent working with large for-profit companies like Intel, Nike, and Apple, I derive a great deal of personal satisfaction from working with others to improve our Columbia Gorge communities.
I received my Master's in Education from Lewis and Clark College and my Bachelor's in Secondary Education & Language Arts from Eastern Oregon State University.
